winter update
We are very proud to have celebrated 2 years of being a neighbourhood wine & cocktail bar, and serving up innovative house cocktails to our beloved East End pals. For 2026, we’ve decided to steer Buvette in a different direction, bringing it back to its original roots and focusing on what a traditional French ‘buvette’ is meant to be: a wine bar.
Starting in January, we will no longer be serving cocktails.
Instead, you can visit us during our new business hours for wine, beer, or coffee. You can also book out our space for private events by emailing us at info@buvettepacey.com!

Monday-Thursday: 9am - 6pm
Friday-Sunday: 9am - 9pm*
*no coffee served past 6pm

Wine & beer service runs all day, from 11am until closing.
All wine & beer also available for takeaway at bottleshop pricing.
Wine
We have a concise wine list that leans heavily towards low-intervention wines. But don't worry, we're not just another hipster spot selling faulted grape juice. We think some sulphites and additives are important and generally stay away from "zero-zero" stuff, so if natural wines aren't typically your thing, don't worry, we still gotchu.
Beer
We work exclusively with local Ontario breweries and microbreweries, and maintain a rotating selection of 15-20 beer options.
Our Non-Alc options include 0% IPA and 0% golden lager from Grüvi, as well as their non-alc sangria.

Dog Policy
Wondering if your four-legged friends are allowed to join you?
For takeout orders & patio seating, dogs may accompany you as long as they are well-behaved and on-leash.
Indoor seating: While you may see Pacey strutting around our space, he is the only pup who is “officially” allowed inside & off-leash. In all other cases, dogs are allowed entry on a case-by-case basis and may be refused at any time for any reason (regardless of whether they’re a repeat customer!). Any dog entering our space must be on leash at all times & on their best behaviour.
Book a table
Book online for groups up to 10 people. We charge a small deposit of $10 per person for bookings of 6 people or more. Please note that a 20% gratuity will be charged to all groups of 6 or more.
